Kohler Hangar
Demolition of existing 10,000 s.f. hangar for construction of a new 17,170 s.f. clear span pre-engineered building to house (3) corporate jets for Kohler Company. Includes 120' wide sliding hangar door with a 44' wide hydraulic tail door, 4/12 roof pitch, fully sprinklered with an 80,000 gallon underground supply tank and an 80,000 gallon water retaining tank. Also includes exterior upgrades to the existing office building and canopy.
