• Seminars and workshops in value engineering, estimating, scheduling, pre-engineered buildings and Total Quality Management.
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
As an estimator/scheduler/project manager, Jan will work closely with the owner and design team on the front end of this project to make sure the design fits the budget and schedule. Once the final design criteria is established, he will evaluate project costs to give you a guaranteed maximum price. Jan establishes and monitors a schedule of your job throughout the design and construction phases of the project, to ensure a timely completion.
EXPERIENCE
Jan has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry and has been involved in every area of commercial, industrial and institutional construction. His expertise in computerized estimating, scheduling and project management compliment the Design/Build concept.
